This site is dedicated to making the tax filing process as easy and convenient as possible
for you - THE ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL. I served three years myself in the U.S. ARMY,
and I know how difficult it can be to keep track of these things. I specialize in tax issues related to military personnel and in the filing of previous year tax returns.

THE FACTS:
    Every year thousands of U.S. Military personnel miss out on tax refunds because they fail to file a timely tax return to the IRS within the 3 year time limit.   YOU MUST FILE AN INCOME
TAX RETURN TO GET A REFUND ON OVERPAYMENT OF TAXES WITHHELD FROM YOUR
PAY.   You can go back 3 years to get a refund.   That means you can still file a 2005, 2006,
and 2007 tax return, as of now.    "NOW" is the time to get started on your 2005 , 2006, or
2007 return.   Previous year tax returns must be mailed into the IRS, and can be filed at
any time throughout the year.   SO- GET STARTED NOW.

Please read the "GETTING STARTED" PAGE, then go to the "BASIC INFORMATION SHEET"
page click on the "CLICK HERE" link to download, print, and fill out all 4 pages of the Basic Information Sheet.   Please read and fill out carefully the BASIC INFORMATION SHEETS,
and mail all your info to me at the address listed on page 4 of the basic info sheets.
